Who is Town & Country Builders?

Since 1989 we have been operating under the name "Town &
Country Builders," specializing in cabins and garages.
On January 1, 1996 Town & Country Builders was purchased by
Larry and Sandra Peterlin of Hibbing, Minnesota under the name
L.P. Enterprises of Northern Minnesota, DBA Town & Country
Builders. Larry has been with us since 1991.
Our current staff brings over 50 years of experience to our
business and includes: A Sales Manager, Sales Staff, Production
Manager, Data Entry, Secretarial, Executive Assistant, Customer
Relations and Service, Panalizer, Drivers, Yard Personel, and a
Chief Executive Office. We have a fully equipped staff to handle
all of your needs as efficiently and expediently as possible.
Our Mission Statement: "Provide a superior product with
trust before, confidence during and satisfaction after."

Is sales tax included in your final price?
- Yes, our final prices include sales tax.

Who is responsible for cleanup, and how much do you charge
for this service?

We will leave the choice up to you. Should you like to keep
the scrap material for whatever reason, we will leave it in
a neat pile. Otherwise, we do not charge you to clean up
the mess that we make; it's part of the service you
receive with your package.

Prior to signing any agreement, can you give me a timeline
for starting and completing my project?

Yes. To avoid over scheduling and to provide for your best
interest we will schedule the beginning and ending time
frames. We do ask that you understand that justifiable
delays do occur. Town & Country Builders is commited
to delivering your project on schedule and will make every
attempt to deliver as quoted.
